Annual Wellness Examination - Executive Physical
An annual wellness exam is as comprehensive as any executive physical available. It is an individualized examination taking into account each patient's existing problems. It is the primary tool we use to get to know each member's medical history intimately and create an effective personalized plan for improving and maintaining their health. The goal of the examination is to identify each person's fundamental state of health, and then integrate their unique inherited and acquired medical risk worth the results of the extensive testing to form a plan for improving and maintaining that health.
Additional Menu of Screening Items
Rather than following a cookie cutter approach, additional testing can be tailored to each patient's risks and preference after discussion with the provider. Depending on the level of membership and person's health risks, different imaging studies may be ordered during the examination at your own expense.
